PHASE 1

Activating the Lab

1 Power Generators & Laptops

Activate the generator for Perk Machines, then find and power 3 Laptops:

Outside Stamin-Up — Near the perk machine
Near Quick Revive — Exit room immediately after
Docks Stairway — Leading to speedboat

2 Fuse Boxes & EMF Fob

Equip Dead Wire mod and shoot 5 fuse boxes:

  • Opposite Pack-a-Punch (behind glass window)
  • Elevator shaft (left of Pack-a-Punch)
  • Above Pack-a-Punch
  • Juggernog building (above generator)
  • Near Juggernog double doors (electric box wall)

Grab the EMF Fob and enter the lab.

PHASE 2

Resonator & Algebra Puzzle

3 Multiphasic Resonator

  1. Go to Sea Tower
  2. Grab Resonator from the lit desk
  3. Place it on lab computer (marked with yellow sticky notes)

4 Solve the Algebra Puzzle

Find X, Y, Z symbols on sticky notes. Each symbol = a value (0, 10, 11, 20, 21, 22):

PHASE 3

Electric Orbs & Beamsmasher

5 Electric Orbs Mini-Game

  1. Wait until Round 9+
  2. Travel to Castle Rock Island via speedboat
  3. Kill zombies by hitting them with the electric orb
  4. Collect 2 motes of energy and deposit them
  5. Repeat twice on each island — final orb drops Ampmunition

6 Build the Beamsmasher

Go to lab workbench and craft the Beamsmasher (DRI-11) Wonder Weapon.

PHASE 4

Freeing Nathan & Code Hunt

7 Keycard & Hard Drives

Use Beamsmasher to destroy 4 tentacle traps:

  • Bio Lab — Speed Cola/PHD Flopper entrances
  • Living Quarters — Opposite Juggernog
  • Holding Cells

Collect keycards under scrap metal. Shoot traps to drop hard drives. Deliver to Peck.

8 Cell Combination Puzzle

1st Digit — Clock in Torture Cell (hour hand)
2nd Digit — Playing card on Mess Hall corkboard
3rd Digit — Injury sign in Engineering Room (days count)

Enter code in Nathan's cell.

FINAL PHASE

Boss Fight: Patient 13

Defeat Nathan (Mini-Boss)

  1. Turn cell valves to start the battle
  2. Use Pack-a-Punch ASG-89 to target Nathan's weak points
  3. Collect Keycard and activate Communications Room computer

Node Connectors & Bomb Defusal

  1. Grab Node Connectors from wrecked vessel
  2. Fix cables at Crab Island and Speed-Cola Cave
  3. Hack buoys: East Islands, Temple Island, Shipwreck
  4. During 5-minute timer: Use Smoke Grenades to defuse bombs (priority: lab stairs, control room)

🔥 Patient 13 Boss Strategy

Recommended Loadout: Chopper Gunner, Monkey Bombs, full armor/perks

  • Phase 1: Focus on glowing shoulder weakness. Use arena cover.
  • Phase 2: Destroy pustules on tentacles
  • Phase 3: HIDE during blue glow (wipe attack). Unleash Chopper Gunner for max DPS.
